Here is the photo. Her birthday celebrations in 2007.

You do the math.

We all get 17 (5 red, 6 blue and 6 yellow)

http://i289.photobucket.com/albums/ll235/chufeng/ChengFeiBdayPic05302007.jpg

That made her 14 in Athens (cheat)

That made her 15 in Melbourne (cheat)

and is certainly impacts on her performance in Beijing. Experience is everything. (cheat)

Celebrate your athletes all you want but denial is just silly. There are plenty of Chinese fans out there who know this age falsification to be true. They don't deny it but they love their team too much not to stop supporting them. Unstandable but to deny is just ludicrous.

Dasha Joura is apparently working on an Amanar.

Not sure if we will see at Nationals in two weeks but she 'made a good attempt at one' in training at the AIS a few weeks ago.

Beijing team final: China for the win!

Thank you so much northernriver for putting a link of my blog on your blog.

I desperately don't want China to win women's team gold but it is definitely beginning to look like they will. As long as Shawn or Nastia wins AA gold I think I will be OK.

I liked the book. And I think that it fits nicely into the whole Parkettes picture - that is what I found via google; a little incident, just a chat, that took place at Parkettes in 2005 (scroll down to January 22

And it is a quite balanced book: Sey says that many of the bad things that happened to her in the sport of gymnastics was part of her own compulsive personality and she also recounts the wonderful experiences she had at her first (and last) gym ("Lolo"). In NO way the book is bashing gymnastics.
