Interesting things learned from browsing articles on Nationals:
- Mary Lee Tracy, Ashley Priess’ coach, is just as clueless as we are on why Ashley just decided to up and quit. She is disappointed (Mary Lee, I mean). A part of me is cheering Ashley on for saying “Screw You” to the System, but another part of me is crying.
- Sac is training an Amânar for the express purpose of giving Cheng Fei a “run for her money”. (I bet Simona is sitting happy in Romania knowing that “her” vault will be the DECIDING FACTOR for many things this upcoming Olympics.)

I would be very jolly indeed if Stela gets that aerial to scale on beam named after her, because it would amuse me greatly.
