So recently at Martha K.’s Camp there was an informal meet of sorts, and Ivana Hong took the all-around, followed by Ashley Priess and Chellsie Memmel.
Word is on the street that Priess has a 7.0 A-score for bars, making her extremely valuable for the uneven bars lineup in Beijing (given that the Chinese have He, Jiang, and Yang, who are all 7.0+). Is it possible that she could take Shayla’s spot away? Maybe…not, if they have to use Shayla on beam we don’t know where Ashley is with that apparatus.

I think that with her new front pike on BB, Shawn’s A score is up to 7.0. I also think that if she uses her full in dismount on FX, her A Score is 6.5. I could be wrong though- that’s just what I have been reading. I agree with all those predictions- although I think that I am on the fence between Chellsie or Ashley going. I also think that Alicia might get the 3rd BB spot over Sam, just because of her confidence and consistency on it.
