Not to take away from Nastia’s triumph (YOU GO NAST!), but this just sucks so much.
Even if Courtney were remotely thinking about a Beijing comeback, this probably means No, for real this time. Back when she tore her Achilles in 2003, it took one year to get back into the swing of things. Now it’s six months.
And it sucks for UGA too, though I have no doubt that Tiffany Tolnay will probably be able to have some limelight now.
