I won’t be watching the American Cup due to midterm exams, but for the rest of you, here are podium training videos, provided by GymDish (who does some commentary in the videos if you listen carefully).

Liukins bar..AWESOME! so clear, so nice… Shame about the dismount..lookes so unpolished compared to the routine.. even a nice double back with a kickout would be better (saddly the difficulty kills that idea).
Shawn well that is a just fantastic Amanar vault. i guess those who predicted that she wouldn’t do it, were wrong.
OMG that is the wrost fall of a UB dismount i have seen in ages.. what the hell happened.. she looked like she let go and just kind hoped it would come around haha like 0 effort, but it could have been angle.
