There’s been rumblings going around that Shayla Worley is not going to be at the American Cup competition, despite having been on the roster for some time now.
As a side note, Sam Peszek was added to the lineup before this came in.
I can only say, “What now?” and I wonder, if Shayla’s out, are they going to shoo someone in her place instead of just using Shawn, Nastia, and Sam?
The international field at the American Cup is…uh, disappointing. If you’re going to the women’s competition, you’re going to see mostly second-stringers from other countries (no offense to them, they work harder than the rest of us).
Update: As of now, Shayla’s still set to go to the American Cup.
