(Not neccesarily to be taken seriously, but I actually am quite confident that something close to these predictions will actually happen.)
-UGA! Back Four More! (and the other gimmicky stuff UGA likes to come up with)
-Courtney Kupets will win everything else! (Unless she gets injured.)
-Except uneven bars! (Terin Humphrey for the win.)

Blythe at the Gymblog reports that 2002 world champion and current Utah gymnast Ashley Postell is putting plans for Beijing on hold.
Oh, well.
Along with Courtney Kupets, Postell was tabbed by fans as a possible Olympic comeback, especially as she’s explicitly stated (unlike Courtney) that she wants to go.

Well, before I officially step into 2008, let me just say this:
Congratulations to 1996 Olympic gold medalist Dominique Moceanu and her husband on welcoming their new baby Carmen into the world. (Please do not hang her from a clothesline, or make her write an autobiography before she is out of her teens. Thanks so much.)
Congratulations also [...]
