Blythe at the Gymblog reported on Daria Bijak, who now competes for the University of Utah. Apparently she, like her teammate Ashley Postell, is looking (cautiously) at 2008 Beijing.
(Some people speculate that Ashley seems to be lying low on her potential comeback, because of the rumors that Courtney Kupets might be coming back too–they say that Ashley has no illusions that a potential Courtney comeback will probably be more welcomed by the USA team than her own.)
Blythe also reiterated the idea of Jana Bieger going to compete for Germany, which is of course her birth country. Although Jana herself said she wouldn’t, I don’t know if people would be too happy about that if she did (DRAMA!), although it gives her a much better change of going to an Olympics.
